Shipping policy

Thank you for choosing Lucy-lu's Hair Care. We are dedicated to getting your hair care essentials to you safely and efficiently.

We take care in preparing every order. All orders are processed and dispatched within 3-5 business days. Please note that our team does not ship orders on weekends or South African public holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (such as during a sale), processing may take slightly longer. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay in your shipment.

We ship exclusively within South Africa. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. Whether you are in a major hub like Johannesburg, Cape Town, or Durban, or in a regional area, the most accurate courier rate will be applied to your cart before you pay.

Once your Lucy-lu's Hair Care order has been collected by our courier partner, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email. This will include a tracking number and a link so you can follow your parcel’s journey to your door. Tracking info usually updates within 24 hours.

Lucy-lu's Hair Care is not liable for products damaged or lost during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the courier company directly to lodge a claim. Please keep all original packaging and the damaged items to assist with the claim process.
